Shenanigans

Beautiful Hugo Boss suit sent in a cheap clear plastic bag. Where is the garment/suit bag you would normally receive with a fine expensive garment? Way to go Macys. Very disappointed.

Size is a problem

Picking up a size is a problem. Apparently, they make their own size. Need to go to the store to try the suite and can’t order your size online. Where is it made?

Love the suit. It came well packaged and included everything in the description. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, but I was able to bring it to a store and exchange it with no issues.

PARTIAL DELIVERY

I ordered the entire suit but only received the jacket. I tried to rush and return it but by the time I returned it and tried to reorder, they were sold out of my size. This really stinks. I needed that for a special occasion. Now I can't get anyone on the phone at the customer service number.
