Pedals won't thread

We just bought and the pedal won't thread in. I tried to order a part but it's saying the 5 digit model number can't be found. Going to call and see if I can get some help. Just disappointed that there's none our instock in the area to switch it out. But the bike looks really cool and.assembly was not hard other that the part issue

Please note that the left pedal is a reverse thread, so you turn it counterclockwise to tighten. If it has already been stripped, please give us a call at 800 872 2453 to order a new one.

Plastic part came broken

My husband assembled bike today, and one of the pieces that attaches on the side of the front left wheel is broken. Can we get a replacement part? Bike was purchased at Target. Our grandson has not ridden bike yet; hope it will work fine.

Wheels are not straight

I must've got a dud, reading all the other reviews. I must admit, The rest of the bike is of great quality and my 5yr son loves it. But it's hard to ride for him. If only the wheels were straight. It's very hard to set the front breaks and it doesn't stop well. Is there any where we can buy replacement wheels? Any help will be much appreciated.

Training wheels set wrong

I bought this today for my 3 year old and was excited that it came partially assembled. However the training wheels are set wrong and the back wheel is lifted off the ground. It’s says they are adjustable but I can’t do it. I think I’ll have to return it.
