Never again

I would rate 0 if I could. I did not receive the package even though indicated delivered in mailbox July 18 so I contacted Macy. They informed I had to contact seller directly which I did and 14 days later received reply “ our policy not to refund if package indicates delivered”. First of all I would not say it was not delivered if it was as this was for my granddaughter and secondly saw no such policy when ordered or I may not have ordered. Seems like I have just absorbed a $19.99 cost for something I have not received and no concern from anyone. POST Office advised “seller” would have to put in claim but they won’t even do that! I will never order anything from this company again!! Should have read the Company reviews which is only 60% before I ordered.
