Terrible

Hoverboard didn’t work at all. Smelled like burnt electrical out of the box and then would shut down immediately after charging. Customer service is terrible.

DO NOT BUY

The middle support on this broke after 4 months of use. Really just a couple months since we bought it in Nov and it's now April and it was not used over the winter. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. It's now over 90 days and their warranty page is blank!

half of the lights don't work

Broken after two months

The right wheel will suddenly stop working and shut down mid ride and throw the rider off. It has done it multiple times to us now, even when going slow and staying on flat areas.
