Each comes in an attractive fashion fabric on colorfast, high count, long-lasting cotton fabric. Deluxe covers are coated to be stain and scorch resistant. Difficult ordering process; received wrong cover

I am not complaining about the quality of the product. Rather, I am complaining because the product was not what I was expecting. I expected an ironing board cover with padding, but received a cover for which I would have to provide padding (old sheets, etc.). I originally ordered such a pad, and for whatever reason, the company couldn't deliver the product. I went directly to the store to explain that I could not get the product I wanted. They put me in touch (by phone) with Macy's Customer Service, resulting in their ordering the Household Essentials ironing board covers. As I already mentioned, the covers had no padding, so I am not happy with them. How can I get Macy's to make the kind of cover I wanted available?

Nice silicone cover

Very happy with this cover.Have been looking for a silicone cover for a long time. Fit my standard size ironing board ,not difficult to put on.Has elastic around the edge to keep in place.Looks wrinkly when applied,all it needed was to run the iron over it and it was smooth.Happy with purchase.
