Hotel collection bath towels

Very nice. Soft and thick. Washed at least eight times since purchased. Hold up very well. Worth sale price paid.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service - ordered a six piece towel set, only received five pieces. Went online to the chat feature and was told no options but to go to a store and return it. They can’t just send the missing item nor can they facilitate a return without me going to the store. Will obviously never do business at Macy’s again, there are far too many retailers that actually appreciate their customers and know how to facilitate returns or fix order issues

Best Towels Ever

I have purchased Hotel Collection towels for years. They are soft, substantial, great colors that last after many washings, durable, absorb water without the towel feeling “slippery”, and last for years. I highly recommend and won’t buy any other towels.

These towels are so soft and fluffy. As with most, they require quite a bit of washing to get rid of the fuzz but great quality overall.
