Great quality but wanted softer towels

Could be softer. These are reliable towels. We got them for our wedding & had been using a set for a few years. They’ve held up just fine. I purchased these on sale and purchased a competitor brand at the same time. The softness of the other brand was too good to pass up. I ended up returning these. There was no comparison. I wanted spa cozy softness and even a brand new set of these wasn’t nearly soft enough.

Gorgeous and Fluffy!

Beautiful rich color. These towels are so fluffy and luxurious. In the past, fluffy towels left that fluff on your skin but not these. So happy with this quality.

Unraveling after a few washes

I purchased these bath sheets, and within three months, two of them have begun unraveling. I follow the washing instructions carefully. After speaking with customer service, I was unable to receive a replacement as it was past the thirty day policy. I will not be purchasing towels from Macys again!
