Color Not Quite as Described/Pictured Online

I purchased this comforter, 2 shams, and matching decorative pillow based on the website description stating that it was silver, as well as the favorable reviews. However, this really is not silver -- it contains a lot of beige, making it much more of a taupe than silver, which doesn't work with me bedroom decor. The texture is scaly-looking. Reminds me of a fish or snake -- a bit odd for a bedroom . I'm very disappointed in the way it looks in person vs. the staged, professional photos that alter the true appearance. However, I rated this as 3 stars due to Macy's excellent customer service when we experienced problems with the UPS delivery. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make it right. That alone will give me the confidence to shop with Macy's in the future.

Very heavy, fabric is hard and the sides do not lay strait, looks pulled. Not as pictured. Missed my return date, would have loved to returned.

Very Plush!

Love this comforter. Very plush and soft. Nice heavy weight to it. Not quite a gray or brown but just right for what I wanted. Had to take to laundromat to wash in large commercial washer but that's fine.

Love this Comforter!!!

I love this large size comforter!! The thickness and size fit perfectly on my Cali-King Bed. I have had this comforter for almost 3 months now and is still looking brand new. I really wish the prices were cheaper. I bought this during a sale and got a really awesome deal. I truly love the comforter, it has great quality! It is a great balance of material that gives it a fuller, thicker look. However, it isn't too thick as to where it will sweat you out. This comforter definitely makes for cozy-restful nights!
