Heavy and bumpy

Unfortunately, I'm returning this comforter. It's much heavier than I expected and the stuffing is bumpy

Wrong item

Received the wrong item. Ordered a comforter and received a pillow. Had to spend a lot of time dropping off wrong item at the store and now waiting on hopefully the correct item to arrive.

Not worth the Price!

This comforter is so thin, the cotton isn’t evenly distributed throughout. Don’t waste your money.

I am not sure this is "Hi Loft".

I ordered the Hotel Collection Primaloft "Hi Loft "Down Alternative Comforter. No where on the packaging does it mention Hi Loft, and I found the loft to be fairly low. It is warm, but not quite warm enough for winter temps in New England. I think it will be fine as a 3 season comforter, which I do need, but I thought it might be a little "loftier".

Arrived dirty and stained!!!

I ordered the Hotel Collection Primaloft Hi Loft comforter. The first thing I noticed is it was not a plain soft white comforter I expected from this brand. It felt stiff and scratchy. After removing it from the box we noticed numerous stains on both sides of it. I am returning it.
