Good pillows that last

However, I ordered 2,king pillows for my new king bed, one pillow came that even though Hotel Collection wasn't the right pillow, it had a gusset and looked in bad condition the other pillow was fine. I sent it back and ordered another. We'll see if I get the right pillow this time. That being said, I ordered these pillows 7 years ago, and although not as lofty, still good for my guest bedroom.

Not soft density

These pillows are advertised as soft density, and the package says soft, but they are not soft. They are firmer than the medium density pillows of the same product line. I love the medium density pillows and wish Macy's could have gotten the soft ones right.

New medium density pillow. Used for two weeks.

My old pillow was very flat. It was down, so trying something else. It is fine, but might go back to a down pillow in the future. It wad medium density that I bought.

Terrible Quality

These primaloft pillows are NOT the Hotel Collection Primaloft pillows from previous years. I've purchased Hotel Collection Primaloft pillows for many years and they were very good. Something has changed and the quality now is awful. They go flat in a month. Don't waste your money on these. I would give it ZERO stars, if I could. Do Better Macy's.
