    • Cover: Recommend turning cover inside out prior to laundering. Machine wash separately in cold water, gentle cycle. Use only nonchlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry low heat until thoroughly dry. Do not iron. Remove cover. Foam: Spot clean.

Hotel Collection Memory foam contour pillow queen

So happy I went with this pillow! I had reservations at first because of so many different pillows to choose from. As a side sleeper with neck & shoulder issues, this pillow is very comfortable for me & so far helps to take some pressure off the shoulder area and provides the needed comfort and support for my neck. It's not too firm & not to soft which is exactly what I wanted. Just right for me and what I was lookin for in a pillow. I especially enjoy the cooling gel! You can actually feel the coolness from the pillow. It's cool to the touch as advertised. Nice to know it's ventilated for moisture management. I've had other contour pillows but none were this comfortable. So for my needs & all the above reasons I give 5 stars!

No support at all.

The quality of the pillow was nice, however, there was no support. It didn’t even feel like I was using a pillow. I was expecting medium support, but it definitely missed the mark. I returned the pillows.
