Horrible!

These towels are horrible? They are soft but they are not absorbent at all. Hands down the worst towels I have ever purchased! I love Hotel sheets but these towels are a complete waste of money!!

Sent the wrong towel

So careless. I’d like to review this towel but I can’t because they sent me the wrong one. I ordered 1 towel to match other towels. Macy’s sent a towel that was clearly the wrong towel. It had a label on it that said “RETICKET TAG” and what I received is completely different towel, in a completely different size. So now I have to pay to ship this back to Macy’s because they make you pay to ship it back. How dumb. How about having a system in place to check your work before you send a package out? It would have been very easy to see that this item is different than the one I actually ordered had someone compared with a photograph .
