Nice Hotel Collection robe

wonderful color and nice sleeves and collar trimmed with thick cotton fur-like material. Very elegant and extremely comfortable!! I won't be taking this off!

Packaging is awful

The robe is nice the packaging on the outside was dirty with tags from possibly falling off other items and arrived late.

Bad shipping

I ordered this item for a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. The shipping expressly said that it would arrive on Valentine's Day. Lo and behold, it ships and won't arrive until later than promised. This is from Macy's. Not another store. Macy's. It is a gift 🎁 that is late and that is no gift at all.
