Noisy stiff outer shell

The outer shell feels like material used for trench coat, scratchy noisy material which makes it heavy . Different from the store display. I dint feel the goose down I’ve been dreaming for a long time . Quality has changed . Disappointed because I bought the Queen and king . I love Hotel collection now I’m stuck with a lot of duvet covers.
