Cozy and warm

Perfect amount of warmth for cold winter nights that don’t involve snow. Love that the feathers are hypoallergenic. The duvet is well made so it should last for years to come. Although it’s a little flat after taking out of packaging, it does fluff up in a few days. I also found the perfect duvet cover (Organic Cotton Room Service Sateen Duvet Cover) via Macy’s online. The Hotel Collection Duvet cover was too heavy for me.

not impressed

i ordered the medium-weight queen-sized comforter, and i’m pretty disappointed with it considering the price point. the filling, first off, is so sparse that i wouldn't consider it sufficient for a light-weight comforter, much less medium-weight. another thing is, (though this information isn't listed online,) the tag for this comforter states "minimum 75% down." that means not only is the filling incredibly sparse, but it's up to 25% polyester. secondly, on top of the filling being sparse, the outer material is as stiff as a cardboard box. just awful.

Horrible transaction

I Never received the down duvet insert. The shipper never received it. But Macys sure billed my credit card for it! I called customer service TWICE!! Macys really knows how to screw up royally. Now I’ll need to call the credit department to get the charge removed.

Extremely Disappointing. Unbearable Shedding

This comforter sheds an excessive amount of fur, making it extremely uncomfortable to breathe, especially at night. The fur gets everywhere—on furniture, clothes, and all over the bedroom. It’s overwhelming and has made my space feel unclean. I regret purchasing this product and do not recommend it to anyone, especially those with allergies or sensitivities.
