No more neck pain

Love the pillows. My husband was complaining of neck pain with his old pillow. Now he is happy with his new pillow. Love how the pillow doesn't flatten out during the night.

Something changed

Something has changed in structure. This is my 5th firm side sleeping pillow purchase and this pillow is soft and without support. I will return to Macys. Go back to building an excellent pillow!

Mushy

I was so excited to finally find the right pillow. Not too stiff and not too soft. Disappointing!! For 200.00 normally 400.00, this goose down pillow has absolutely no support. I purchased the firm and it was comparable to a cheap, 30.00 pillow. What a waste of 200.00!!

Worse Pillow

My mattress and sheets are from Hotel Collection, and this pillow does not even fit my queen sheet. It supposed to be Queen firm and feels flat and small. I am using it so I may not get a refund.
