Finally Went For It!

It's a beautiful mattress. Very well made. The top has puffs of padding that isn't just pretty, they are comfy too. I might of ordered one not as firm as it is. But I am getting used to it.

Just what the doctor ordered!

I absolutely love my new mattress. It’s just what the doctor ordered. Great quality for money spent. It’s the perfect mattress. Not too firm, not too soft. Great support for my pressure points.

I have not received this mattress yet,but purchased this one for another house. I love it. Best sleep I have had for a long time. Had hurt my back and when using this mattress slept like a baby. The reason I purchase this for a 2nd time, is wondering why my legs did not ache in Washington State and now ache in Arizona. Didn't make sense. Since I found our old mattress in AZ was 18 years old, I thought it was time for a new one and bought this from Macy's. Hopefully the leg aches will stop after sleeping on this mattress. Suppose to arrive in March.

No regrets

Hotel Collection by Aireloom Coppertech 12" firm Mattress. Love the mattress. It's firm with a little give. Very comfortable. I was NOT impressed with delivery actually it was appalling. I've had lots of things including other mattresses delivered and never has such an experience. I digress I highly recommend this bed.

Other reviewers are right, hump in the middle

I’ve had this mattress for about 9 months, and I agree with the other reviewers. There is a huge hump in the middle and the sides sag. The problem is the top layer of foam shapes to your body, and the middle stays unused. Why is it so hard to find a good mattress these days?

Great sleep

Only 8 days in but we love it. Firm and comfortable, not too firm however.

Very firm mattress; worth the money.

Quality mattress that is VERY VERY firm. I find it very supportive and works well with the adjustable base. We replaced it with a mattress that sagged under us in just a few years. This is SO firm, I don't think we'll have the same sagging. I will say, it will not be for everyone as the firmness is a 9 out of 10. Right now, about a month after delivery ,it has softened just a tad. (The sides are still very rigid). But it is still much firmer than in the showroom. Buying from Macy's was a breeze. The sales associate was very helpful and not the least pushy. Delivery was a snap!
