size frustration

If stores have their clothing manufactured in other countries, why don't they insist on U.S. sizing. I ordered an XL on a gift item instead of a large because the items run smaller. Even the XL is smaller than the large size, looks like a medium...I'll bet they experience a lot of returns. Frustrating

Opened Package

The package was received in an open condition. It wasn’t a small tear, but rather torn open by someone. I believe that packages should be sealed with tape and/or boxes that will protect the merchandise ordered.
