What’s up with the 22” carryon?

The suitcase would be great IF I would have received what I ordered—22” carryon NOT a 20” carryon. I’ve returned it and I was still sent the wrong item!

light weight and sturdy

I think this will be perfect for my little granddaughter to use for her over night stays. She’s going to feel so special with her very own suitcase. We have not used it for travel at the airport yet so I’m not able to call it airport durable.

wrong color truly disappointed

Received the wrong color but the box reflected the right color. Was told in order to refund I had to return the item which I needed within the next 2 days for traveling and I did not trust that I would get back the right item being that I already got the wrong thing labeled in the right box. Clearly no one checks orders correctly before shipping.

Incorrect color shipped

I ordered a lilac suitcase. The box it came in said lilac on the outside but the suitcase was pink. I was very disappointed but my granddaughter liked it and I kept it.

WRONG COLOR!

Super disappointed, I ordered PINK like it says on the box, but I received lilac/purple. Waste of money.
