They hang clothes - but need attention before use

They are okay - but not as described. The hook does not swivel. I have bought similar ones elsewhere and was looking forward to these being different. They still work and are sturdy. Also, the hangers 'shed' black 'velvet' - I discovered this when I unpacked them, put them on the counter while still bundled together and when I lifted them up, there was a large amount of black 'dust.' I tapped the bundle on the counter and more appeared. I wiped them off individually with a damp cloth so that that wouldn't be transferred to my clothes. Other than those 2 problems, they are adequate and serve their purpose of holding clothes.
