NEVER RECEIVED

What a pity but I have not received itt and it is so sad because according to the shipping courier, they took a photo at the bottom basement of the building where there are not any apartments so probably somebody took it but it has not been delivered to me and I do desperately need it.

poor quality

The piece of furniture Homsee 9 drawer gray wood dresser has a nice picture but once received the packaging and item was damaged and when I contacted the store to report the issue on the same day. I was told to wait on a response from the seller. I received their response and was only given half of my purchase price claiming I was at fault. I now have to pay for their poor workmanship and shipping which leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially since I have been with Macy's for more than 20 years. Unhappy loyal customer.

Hard to assemble

It’s very hard to assemble and drawers are really small

COMPLICATED

You will need a half day to assemble would sell much better if assembled. Not enough room in drawers for clothing unless for an infant. This would have gone back but on the 3rd floor and very heavy.

good for the price

This dresser is nice addition to my bedroom. It looks nice. However, the assembly is very time consuming, and the pictures make seem little bigger than reality. I do love that it has 9 drawers. The quality for the cost is not bad at all. Needs to be handled with care.
