A craft project not a dresser

Not a dresser you receive a craft kit in the mail. 142 lbs of craft kit to be exact. And it doesn't assemble with ease, either. You need a drill, a tapping hammer, a carpenter's pencil, and a philips head screw driver. And a huge space and then you'll need some carpentry skills because the holes are drilled incorrectly. And you need a partner to help you make it. None of this is described in the ad. The marketing just describes a dresser which is what I expected to receive

Caution this is not what you think it is

I ordered a dresser. I received a box of parts - hundreds of parts - nothing assembled as shown in the photo. there is nothing in the description that mentions assembly at all, certainly not complete assembly. And to make it worse, when I attempted to assemble it, the holes are too big or placed in the wrong spot so it cannot be assembled. Macy's ought to be ashamed of themselves for doing this to the customer. I thought I was buying a small dresser, not a craft project.
