Works great but there is always water under the unit. It ruined my hardwood floors before I realized it. It now sits on a tray in my bathroom. No idea why there is water under it.

No remote & doesn’t warm
I received this today. It smells like vinegar. It’s been on over an hour with the heat setting on and the mist is still cold. There is no remote and no app to control the settings. Way too expensive to have no remote and the heat setting to not work.

The vinegar-like smell may occur if the unit was treated with a cleaning solution before shipping, and it typically fades after a few uses. Regarding the heat setting, the unit should emit warm mist after sufficient time. Works and looks great
I purchased this humidifier when the entire family was struggling with colds and lingering coughs. We have it set up in our TV room and it’s been so nice to feel like we are breathing a bit easier with the moisture in the air. The fact that I can choose to add a small potted plant is an added bonus. My pothos has never been happier!

The Natura is great and easy to operate. I love that I can add my choice of essential oils to come through the mist and creates a peaceful space in my living room. To add a planter is a wonderful idea to combine an ultrasonic humidifier with nature and the light feature makes this experience nirvana.

Loving this humidifier!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier is great! I love how I can use it as a small table. It's big enough to hold a cup but small enough that it's not in the way. It's definitely tough, my son has knocked it over a couple of times by accident and it keeps on working. It's nice and quiet, it's in my living room and I can barely hear it. I only have to refill it once a week. I'm loving it so far!
