Leaked everywhere. Seems to be some sort of flaw but it leaked and warped our wood floors. Very frustrating as it is so expensive.

Bought 2 of these and both of them leak. Would not recommend.

This device changed our life as improved our slee

This device changed our nights. It generates a great flow of vapor, the volume of which can be adjusted and our sleep was of much, much higher quality. It silent, easy to use and not too big. The only problem: after about nine months (we bought it new) it stopped working. Boom, just like that. One day, it did start, whether operated manually or with the remote.. this is why I cannot rate it more than with four stars and it’s generous. As it was under warranty, I managed to get a new one but had to work hard at it. We just received a replacement unit which seems to work fine but. . . For how long?

Leaker

This unit has leaked twice. Once on the hardwood floors and it warped some of our hardwood boards. We moved it to the tile floor in the kitchen and it leaked again. When it leaks, it leaks a lot!!!

Awful design!

Do not buy!! The humidifier started leaking the first day we tried to use it! It obviously has a problem as after I started researching the rating's, there were 37 others that had the same problem!! Thank goodness we did not have a wood floor!

Major Leaks!!!!

Used it a handful of times and then it started leaking- I am talking its entire contents onto the floor, so bad that it leaked through the ceiling!!!! Absolutely unacceptable! Do not purchase!

Expect Leaking

Worked great a few times, then, unbeknownst to us, the auto fill stopped shutting off. Found out when stepped into soaked carpet, out of the way. Bow mold and warped floor. NOT very happy.

Will never buy another one of your products again. Had this product less then year and of course it’s not covered under warranty. When I cleaned it putting it away and now just got it out for the season and it’s not working.
