Better than I imagined it would be.

Don't waste your money.

I sent this back immediately after opening it. The material covering the massager balls was so thin and flimsy, I had absolutely no doubt that it be ripped to shreds in no time.

Not adjustable

Does not work if your knock is thin. There is no way to adjust it. Had to return it.

Not helpful for my neck issue

I purchased this neck massager, but did not find it helpful: the heat function was inadequate and it did not help my neck pain. I returned it, per the published policy. The item was received 12/22/22, and three weeks later I have had no acknowledgement of receipt, nor a refund as stated. It is impossible to reach the company by phone.

Feels good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like everyone who sits in front of a computer all day, I have neck and shoulder issues. I was excited to try this because I remember my dad having a shiatsu massager like this one growing up. It takes some getting used to and hurts a little at certain angles, but once you get the hang of it getting the right position it feels good.

Works for those aches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this massager a lot while watching tv. It’s easy to use on my couch where I can just lay back and get a neck and shoulder massage. The deep kneading is just what I need to help any aches I have. I am an 41 year old female who has an office job. Every so often I get a stiff neck and this helps tremendously! This has a rotate function and also heat. This is a great product to have in the home!

Neck massager

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck massager is very comfortable to lean back or lay on and the heat is very pleasurable without being to hot. There is only one speed setting but you can reverse the motion of the massager. It does an amazing job of releasing tension and relaxing the muscles without being to rough. It charges very quickly and lasts quite awhile after fully charged so no need to charge it often. It's not very big so easy to store when not using it.
