Works great . . . until it stops working.
Our Therapist Select Plus Percussion Massager suddenly stopped working. From the pictures, you can see that it is charging when connected. We barely used this product: One a week for 10 mins or. I was very disappointed that it broke so quickly.

Works great . . . until it stops working.
We got the therapist select plus percussion massager as a gift a year ago. We used very sporadically. Maybe once a week for less than 10 mins each session. Last week it just stopped working while it was ON and battery at 80%. We tried to charge it but that didn't work. Did some search online and it seems multiple people are having the same problem with this model. I was expected better quality for this product, it is not a cheap one.

Poor quality, product does keep a charge.
I bought this model 2yrs ago, in July 2022. We used it regularly and were satisfied. Today, 2 yrs later, our massage gun does not charge. So I guess you're expected to purchase a new device? It's not like they are inexpensive. Very dissatisfied.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned a few different massagers. This one is very powerful and keeps a good charge. Its actually so powerful its hard to go much past the 2nd setting power level. I would recommend this product to friends and family. I can also say its worth it with these massager products to spend the money, don't be cheap they don't normally last long.

Defective Item
Purchased as a replacement for massager that was recalled. I charged massager for 15 hours and would not turn on. Defective item.

We see that you've already received a replacement massager from our consumer relations department. Please note, as explained on page 4 of the user manual, this massager will not turn on when plugged in and charging. Make sure to remove the charger and then turn the unit on. Not very good
Got this as a gift through my work. I have used several of these over the last 5 yrs because i am a powerlifter. This is by far the worst (weakest) one I have used thus far. The intensity just is not up to par. However, if you are reading this and want something that you cannot really feel on the highest setting (6 on this model), this might be the one for you.
