I've tried several massage cushions over the past two years and I'm very disappointed with this model. The hot spot massager pauses to change direction, which is very unpleasant. The backrest is short, even though I'm only 5'8" tall. The massage rollers stop three-quarters of the way down the back and don't reach the shoulder blades. For the buttocks, it feels like there are several layers of towels because you can hardly feel the massage rollers. The up-and-down speed is very slow, really slow. I also expected to be able to place the cushion completely horizontally, which is definitely not the case. It's a shame because in my case, if the cushion could be placed horizontally, if it would be faster and cover the entire body, that would be so great because I unfortunately have a health problem and need something that meets my needs. For someone who has slight pain, it's perfect, for the back, it feels good

My back had never felt so awesome!!
My back had always had multiple angry spots, particularly around the curvature of my spine, due to scoliosis. I’ve owned the back massage cushion for a month and it’s been a god send! I am back to walking 4 Miles everyday- I’ve always been very active, so this is a true blessing!!

Effective, portable, and affordable.

It’s a good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was soooo excited about this cushion, and honestly it’s a good cushion. It’s kind of like the ones in nail salons when you get a pedicure. One issue though is that if you use it too long, you end up sore. The first day I had it, I guess I went overboard because I woke up the next day with a sore back, which isn’t good. Also it’s annoying to move around. But I like it.

Great quality

Good massage cushion

pleasantly surprised
I was concerned about the rigidity of this as I don't like it in a sitting position, so I put it in an oversized bean bag which allows a more form fitted reclined position. It's heaven! so relaxing!

Good but not perfect
Well built and effective. Thorough and deep massage. Upper back massage is actually TOO intense. Would be helpful if there was some way to adjust the intensity of the separate zones. Using the "slowest" setting was a little better in that it gives you the chance to adjust your position and reduce the intensity.
