Not a Good Fit

This massage chair didn’t fit my body, neck massager was too high and hurting my head. It’s supposed to massage the neck area but it’s too high. I’ll be returning it.

Great choice of features

I have had this massager for three weeks now. I use it every other night for my tight muscles. Works excellent. I have one issue. The neck massager is too high up and won’t work on my neck unless I stack pillows in the seat. It does not adjust. It hits just above my ears. I’m 5’3”. Other than that I really like it. Easy to carry and easy to use. Love the selections of massages.

Very uncomfortable

We got this as a gift for our son and are returning this. The unit is uncomfortable to sit on and is overall hard. The massage is uncomfortable and the unit doesn’t have features that make many adjustments. Overall value for price is not there for us.

The Best Massage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massage chair has been used weekly, sometimes daily. It has multiple setting to choose from such as rolling, tapping, heat, etc. The material is of good quality, and there is a storage for the remote as well. The only con is that is it really heavy. Other than that, great product.

There is good but there is more bad

I bought this in March. The areas that it reaches on my back - I love it. HOWEVER, it doesn't go all the way up to the shoulders. Also, the head portion just pinches the back of my head and doesn't reach my neck. The remote doesn't work either. Also, it is so heavy that it is leaving a dent in the cushion of my chair. I didn't realize I only had 30 days to return it so I'm stuck with it.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager is intense, but I love it! The kneading setting can be a bit aggressive but it really helps relieve the knots in my lower back. All the settings are great I love that you can target specific areas of your back. I would definitely recommend.
