Other occasion to buy:Gave this as a last minute gift. She likes it but has to use it near an electric outlet.. she said it's a keeper though

It's a keeper

I didn't realize that it's not cordless. Preforms good for neck muscles and strains, but it must be used near an electric outlet.it

Excellent - I can turn it so it grabs my shoulder, and can use a single squeezer and target a special area by my scapula.

Randomly stopped working

I really loved this and used pretty much daily for my neck and back of head pain. It really made a difference and got the knots out. Then while I was using it, it randomly stopped working. I unplugged, plugged back in, new outlet, nothing. Just stopped mid-use after one three months. Very bummed

Randomly broke

Loved this while it worked. It provided a lot of relief in my neck and back of head where I often have pin. Worked fine and then after a couple months, I was using and just randomly stopped and wouldn’t restart. Nothing happened to it, just used it normally. Very disappointed

Stopped working first time being jsed

I liked it, but I was only able to use it for 15 minutes. It then automatically shut off, which I thought might be normal but it has failed to turn on after an hour of it sitting.

Needs an auto shut off button.

I received this as a gift and I believe your product needs an auto shut off button. I used it last night and didn’t realize how long I had it on, I now have a 1st degree burn on my neck!!
