DOES NOT WORK! I was very excited for this product. My mom has her own aqueous ozone company, Roving Blue, but she doesn't make a spray bottle product. Since I knew of this great technology, I was excited to find this mister bottle to use and home, and even had my boss order one for work. It's embarrassing because neither product they sent us works. I have the same issue as one of the previous reviewers - the power will come on, but the 2 and 4 minute ozonation cycles don't run. They beep on and two seconds later beep off. Very frustrating!

30 Seconds dwell time to a fresh clean time

This device seems to produce aqueous ozone. at the end of the cycle you can notice a slight aroma to the water that wasn’t there before. It seems to leave a fresh smell like after a nice rainstorm. Not very heavy like bleach but rather very faint. Have been following the directions and it seems to work although I haven’t put any slides under a microscope to test it’s effectiveness myself on any bacteria or virus but it does seem to help keep my sinks, showers & toilets fresh without spending money on expensive harsh cleaners that run out quickly and need replacement. I like to spay down stuff and clean often. This product works for me in that regard. Could also be used to rinse other cleaners off food surfaces. So far with carful use and care it’s working well. (Note: *Does not work with reverse osmosis water* but the manufacturer recommends tap water. I find that filtered tap water works the best)

Leaks water

The bottle leaks all over my counter from the bottom!

I purchased this in January and use it weekly. All of a sudden it just stopped being able to power up on level 2 or 3. Was hoping it would last longer than 6 months.

Works great, but doesn't last

I use this about once a week to freshen my house. I love how it works. The only problem I have is the spray trigger breaks. It happened twice. I store it properly and use it carefully. I had it replaced once and the same thing happened with the new one. For the price, I would think the spray trigger would have some longevity.
