13 min battery life…
Ought this for my wife for Christmas. All packaging indicates that the run time is 70 mins in one place and in the instructions states up to 2 hrs depending on setting. Well fresh off a charge lasted 13 min on its lowest setting with out heat… Currently waiting for them to call me back and hopefully take care of the problem. To be continued

Great Product

I was pleasantly surprised by this one because it put the right amount of pressure and heat if that’s how you like. This actually helped melt the stress off and totally relaxed me. I think it’s very effective and worth the money that everyone needs to have one.

A great solution for neck pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Homesick Neck Massager with Heat feels good and relieves neck tension. The kneading action and heat work great together to relax your muscles. However, it can be tricky to use while sitting, as it tends to slide down, and the straps don’t hold it in place very well. It’s much more effective if you lie down and let it focus on the area you want to target. Overall, I like it for its comfort and relaxation, but it’s best used when lying down.

Effective neck massager…not so much for the shoulders
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would’ve given this massager five stars, but again, it didn’t do anything for my shoulders. It’s worthy of four stars though. It was a little odd to maneuver at first, but the hands-free adjustable strap helps with the awkwardness. I appreciate options this massager provides even though each option only has two choices (mode 1 or mode 2, heat on or off, fast or slow). While the two lower nodules didn’t do much for my shoulders, the upper ones did wonders for my neck. It’s supposed to “relieve screen induced ‘tech-neck’” and after using this massager a few times, the knots in my neck were worked out and I felt so much better. Very glad I have this on hand because “tech-neck” happens to me lot. It comes with a USB cord so make sure you have an adapter to use with the cord. It’s fully charged after about 90 minutes and depending how often you need to use it, you won’t have to charge it again for three to four weeks.

Works Better Than Expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager is everything and more than you would and are expecting! The heated neck and shoulder massage from this is better than. 30 minute massage from one of hundreds of places. I would say it’s safe to use multiple times daily. Like anything that’s good for you, don’t over do it because it will have you feeling sore the next day like a real massage.
