It has a click glitch as it rolls up and down, like it gets stuck for a moment as it moves through the mechanism.

This has been one of the best products i have ever invested in. Homedics really cares about customer satisfaction and i am thrilled to share that I had a very good experience with them. I've owned this product for a few years now and i absolutely love it! The upper back feature didn't work properly at one point and Homedics repaired it for me. I was so happy because i was really enjoying this product. I am a very happy camper again knowing that i have such an amazing and satisfying product in my living room!

Massager

Overall good quality massager. Not for talll people though . I am 5, 4’ . The massager only rolls up to mid shoulder. It should have a longer path to give full back coverage.

I liked the older model better

I bought one several years ago. It finally bit the dust. So, I bought this to replace it. It does not dig into the muscles nearly as well as the older one. That’s my only disappointment.

Pros and Cons for 2-in-1 Shiatsu Massager

This massaging seat has helped both of us with sore muscles. We like the many options available to soothe the muscles. The Removable Massage Pillow is a bit difficult to use because it has a bar at the bottom that interferes with the back of the neck fitting nicely. Seems the bar could be curved to fit the back of the neck. In order to use the Massage Pillow I need to shift my body and try to find a comfortable position. Even when the Neck Massage Pillow is removed from the main seat, that bar goes along. The heat is felt better on bare skin. Heat is mid.

Don't do it if you are 6ft

Not powerful enough to go deep and I couldn't remove the head rest once connected. A waste for all that money

Works for tall people!

My husband has wanted a shiatsu massager for several years now. I tried to get him one a couple years ago and it didn’t work out. The issue: my husband is 6’2”. No chair massagers work for someone that tall. The “neck” massager always hits him in the shoulder blades. However, the adjustable headpiece on this one allows him to move it up enough so that it actually hits his neck/upper shoulders. I gave it to him this morning and he spent the next 45 minutes in it making happy noises.
