Wrong color

The beige color on the internet are very deceiving and when received they were mocha/grey color. We had to return them .

Pretty - Disappointing

Disappointed!

This mat is the worse. I always purchase my bathroom mats from Macy’s and this time I was in for a rude awakening! It is flat, hard and uncomfortable to step on, besides that it looks cheap and it dangerously slides around on the bathroom tiles. I was desperate to have a red mat for the Christmas and thst is why I used in the first place.

Returned

These rugs were flimsy and felt cheap. There was some kind of weird ruffle border that doesn't show up in the pictures on line. I returned them right away and found some I really liked at Kohl's. Also, the return process is clunky. I used the shipping instructions from the website, and while tracking the return, discovered that the address in New Jersey that was on the label was incorrect and the package had to be forwarded to Kansas City. It was delivered there a week ago but I'm still waiting for confirmation of receipt and the credit to be processed.
