Poor Quality

I am very disappointed with these rugs. They lose their threads when they are swept and wrap around the sweeper roller. They also don’t wash well. The threads came off in the washer as well. This is not the quality I expect in a Macy’s product, and I would not recommend these rugs as a good purchase.

Bath mats

Worst purchase, the threads are coming out in clumps and i washed on delicate. Macys wont accept a return because they only give 30 days. I will never recommend nor purchase from this manufacturer again…

Poor Quality

Purchased 2 of these rugs & chose to wash them before using. They fell apart even though they were washed in a front load on gentle in cold water. Macy's refused to take them back because they weren't sellable anymore. WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Very poor Quality!!!
