Disappointing Experience

I never received the comforter. I kept getting contradicting messages about the shipment, e.g., that it was "shipped", then it was "delayed". Finally, I was told my order was cancelled. Unpleasant shopping experience that makes me question whether doing business again with Macy's is worth it.
