damaged, defective, scratched, leaks.... they (Crosslinks, "reseller/Macy's") wanted to send me parts for me to fix it, or for me to ship it, transport it to the store. I am disabled, they made no provision for picking it up. Made no effort to even give me partial courtesy money/credit back, both Crosslinks ( which will only speak with you via "chat" ) and Macy's AND American Express-Macy's Credit Card Customer Service hid behind their online virtuality of "Chat" promised to escalate my case and only came up with a way for ME to fix it with parts, which btw, NEVER even came... Shame on MACY'S, CROSSLINKS AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. I am calling AMEX corporate on this, and canceling ALL my cards, the same with MACY'S.. And "Crosslinks" (whoever they are, selling out of their garage and basement)..is nothing more than hiding-rip-off online seller...
