Worse place ever to purchase furniture. Any Customer Service person that I spoke with was very lack of knowledge and very poor language skills. Everyone will tell you something different. Why and how I’m supposed to be bringing 2 boxes that are over 100 lbs to a UPS store. One told me that I will need to contact their 3rd party selle. I purchased this item through Macys. Trying to speak with a supervisor is almost impossible. I’m stuck with two heavy boxes and my account is still charged and will not be credited until their 3rd party seller contacts me. I took over one hour to get a supervisor on the line until someone named Camilo claiming to be a supervisor spoke with me and told me a total different story Consumers avoid purchasing from Macys that are sold through a 3rd party company. Especially furniture which are shipped through FedEx Ground heavy boxes are not handled with care and are just literally dumped outside the front door and don’t allow any one to check and sign for
