When using my ramp, I connect the portable ramp at the end. Then when I want access to my backyard, I remove the portable ramp. The portable ramp is very solid. Around 550 pounds have been used on it. And it hasn't budged or moved. And there's no sign of it bending or giving way. I put the pegs in to keep it in place. It's sat out in the rain and nothing has rusted.

Lightweight and very portable
This ramp is very lightweight and was easy to install. I will say though that it was straining under my 250 lbs of test weight. No bending but it wasn

So perfect for our use.
So perfect for our use. We got the 3' length ramp for our one step that is difficult for my 90 year old Mom to get up and down from. It is not heavy and I can carry it by myself for use on the front porch if we need.

It worked well and was stable enough.
I bought this for when my elderly relatives visit to overcome a half step into the house. It worked well and was stable enough. This is definitely light duty in my mind, which is not a dig that is what I wanted. With a wheel-chair, 200 lb occupant and 150 lb caregiver there was definitely some bounce going on. We also just bought some new furniture and used this to move it into the house, it worked great. I'm not sure I would use it for a permanent installation. But it is designed to be moved around and for that it is great.

Just right
We have slightly narrow doors that are just wide enough for an electric chair. This worked great. Just the right length and height for a slight incline. And it folds up and has a handle!

Works well but does require some extra bracing at the center
We purchased the 10' ramp. I knew prior to purchasing it what the challenges would be. It's heavy. I'm guessing it's 75 lbs. It's not sturdy. So, I put two cinder blocks under it at the mid-point, which solves that problem. For us, though, it does exactly what I expected it would do. I set it up once a week so we can wheel my mother-in-law out of the house. And then I store it when not in use. For the price, I didn't see anything that could match it. If they were to re-design it by putting 2 more feet at the midpoint (but in the center), that would be a great improvement. But I don't regret purchasing it. If I had to do it over again, I would still purchase it.

Perfect for flexible use ramp.
My husband will temporarily be requiring a wheel chair. We were sceptical about actually constructing a ramp to move less than six inches into our home entry way. I thought I would try this portable ramp, and we are delighted that it solves multiple problems. We are able to access the patio area and the front entry with ease. It is also very helpful when we make our routine Doctor visits. The ramp is very sturdy, simple to manage and we love the portability.
