Elegant look, but inconsistent quality

I ordered 2 of these. Liked them so much. I ordered 4 more. When the additional ones arrived, 2 were in good condition and 2 had to be returned because the string of beads was falling off.

Shimmer pink 20” tree

Item was shipped in a bag within a box of other items. Sadly all the glitter was knocked off of it exposing tarnished beads and a lot of glue. There’s nothing shimmery about the tree. It cannot be displayed and enjoyed. It looks like something from a dumpster dive. To return it they’re asking for $9.99 because I’m not a Star member. Totally disappointed.
