Great if you want a virtual tree

The product was never shipped! I called Macys and they took no responsibility for not shipping the product and not creating a separate shipping label when products were individually packaged. This tree never left their warehouse. The shipping label said the package weighed 9 ounces for the total order. The call center support person blamed the post office; totally unacceptable response from Macys.
