Defective ornament

I ordered this ornament as a gift. It was shipped from Macy's in Arizona and upon opening it, there were evidence of scratches on the ornament. Furthermore, at the base of the dog where it connects to the red boot, was a fairly large and big chip. I was able to return it for a refund at a Macy's store and received a refund. They should not have packed that ornament and shipped a defective one to customers. Otherwise, it's a cute ornament for someone who owns a bull dog.

Frenchie Bulldog tree ornament

My daughter in law loved her two frenchie dog Christmas ornaments being she has two frenchie’s that look just like the ornaments. So I sent to her for her tree.
