my son opened this today (Christmas morning) and the head was broken off the body and it says I can get a refund but not be replaced it's cute but broken

Should have read reviews first - Garbage

This arrived broken in several places when I read the reviews I should’ve done that first I can’t use it and now it’s sold out. I’m very disappointed. Seems like everyone else had the same experience zero stars.

Other occasion to buy:8 out of 9 heads broken off

Broken

I ordered 9 tinman nutcrackers to give my grandkids for their collections. 8 out if 9 had their heads broken off when they took them out of the boxes. I’m VERY disappointed that they will all but 1 have to glue the heads back on. I’m hoping the heads will stay on since the pegs holding the heads on were broken off. Not ok.

Oz Nutcracker

Features aren’t as detailed as the rest of the collection. Facial painting is poorly done. This was shipped to me, the neck piece was broke It could have scratched the face during shipping

Fragile

Loved the nutcracker but not packed very well and broke in shipment! Very top heavy and will definitely break if knocked over
