Shipping and handling nightmare

I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas, sadly it arrived broken. Macy’s promptly shipped a replacement. It was shipped with absolutely no packing. The box had a huge hole in it and it was also damaged. I was told now it’s out of stock, so I received a refund. I returned both of the damaged nutcrackers to my local Macy’s store. I am still receiving emails stating I need to return them, or they have the right to take my refund from my original payment! I have called a couple of times, still receiving the emails… I am beyond frustrated! I have been a loyal Macy’s customer for over 30 years! This is unacceptable!
