CHEAPLY MADE.....DISAPPOINTED

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I RECEIVED THIS NUTCRACKER. IT APPEARS TO BE CHEAPLY MADE AND RUSHED AS WELL. THE CROWN ON HER HEAD IS CROOKED. THE HAIR WAS GLUED ON CROOKED ALONG WITH THE PONYTAIL IS SIDEWAYS WITH HAIR NOT IN THE PONYTAIL. DETAILS MATTER WHEN I PURCHASE SOMETHING.
