I received this little guy yesterday and both of his ears were broken. I know he is not returnable but I shouldn't have to pay for a broken product. I have tried to contact Macy's but it keeps saying that I do not have access. All of the products were just thrown in the box and although the little deer was wrapped in plastic he still did not survive.....also, his eyes were never glued on straight to begin with. He is a very sad looking little deer

Pretty but Broken
5 stars for looks. They were both pretty and cute. Rather large though! 1 star for both deer arriving with nearly detached ears. Between the heavy toy packed in the box with them, and the banged up box (which happened during delivery), the deer didn’t stand a chance. Since they had broken ears, I returned them.
Cute but falling apart
Adorable white deer. I ordered two and both arrived without their noses attached. The little black nose had fallen off both deer and one deer had an unglued ear, as well. Plus some of the white furry stuff had fallen off one of the deer. These were not in individual boxes like many other ornaments are, nor were they wrapped in protective paper or bubble wrap. They arrived in a clear plastic bag inside the shipping box with many other ornaments I purchased. I wanted to have the white deer with the unglued ear and no nose replaced, but by the time my order arrived, the white deer were no longer available. I wanted to keep at least one of these little cuties, so I glued the nose back on the one without a messed up ear. The other with the unglued nose and unglued ear was returned. Better care should be taken when shipping these deer and they could be of higher quality--again, no noses, unglued ear and falling off fur. However, they are super cute.
