I received only the top.. no bottoms

I received only the top to the men’s pajamas. I have tried to call the store and was on hold for 2hrs. I live 45 minutes from the store so not easy to go inside store to resolve. I’m very unhappy with customer service. I will reconsider shopping at Macys from now on. How do I resolve this problem?
