this pajamas was very nice at first, but after one wash, the material twist together, it's very bad materials.

Nice PJ’s

Great family PJ’s. Got these for my two sons. They thought it was very cozy. True to size. Could be better if the kids PJ’s had pant pockets like the adult ones.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!

I’m really frustrated with the state of Macy’s customer service and shipping department! My family and I have been loyal customers for over 19 years, and we’ve never experienced such poor service and recurring shipping issues with Macy’s deliveries. One thing Macy’s executives seem to overlook is that, no matter the reason for a delay, it is their responsibility to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time. There are no exceptions—it's not the customer's job to track down their orders! We hold platinum customer status with Macy’s, and this is the 11th time we’ve encountered a problem with our orders, whether they are extremely late or simply never delivered, whether from Macy’s directly or a third-party service. Over the past year, I’ve been struggling to resolve these issues with both customer service and the shipping department, and I’m exhausted from having to chase down my orders and spend hours on the phone. When we shop with other retailers, we don’t have any complications at all

Surprisingly soft and warm

I was surprised with how much my kids and I loved these pajamas. The pattern is very Christmasy but can also be worn anytime. The material is SO soft and warm, but not too hot. They want to wear these pajamas all the time! I wish I got an adult set for myself.

Not the best quality

The pajama was disappointing because I didn't realize it's made of cheap polyester material. Not breathable and also after reading the fabric developed little balls everywhere. Not pleasant to touch
