Arrived Shattered

I love the ornaments that I have ordered in the past and they always come well packaged. This arrived completely shattered and very poorly packaged- no bubble wrap just some tissue and a thin box. I called and let them know and they said they would refund me and call me back to confirm. I haven’t received refund and no one ever called me.
