Cute but flawed

I purchased this in-store, and noticed when I got home that the snowman’s arm was missing! Mind you, it was the arm with the bluebird. My only other complaint (because it is very cute) is how easily the box shelves fall out. There is not much resistance preventing the tiny boxes from slipping and sliding around.
