Received different nutcracker

I ordered the gingerbread nutcracker but received a totally different one - a nutcracker wearing a black tuxedo and top hat. The packaging was also terrible, thrown in a ripped box with no bubble wrap. A bit bummed, my mom really wanted the gingerbread nutcracker to add to her collection.

Shipped with head detached.

Nutcracker was shipped with head detached. It should have been shipped in a box that was taller and not so wide. I was able to glue head on but had to place in an area where it would not fall.

I really wanted this item, gingerbread man nutcracker. when I ordered it, it was available. This was not the nutcracker I received. I was very disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered and when I went online to order again, it was not available. I would have to wait until next Christmas.

2 Holiday Nutcrackers

I ordered this nutcracker and one other one on November 23, 2024 along with some other things. I’ve received all of the other things but neither of the nutcrackers. I have followed up on it thru email to customer service and then by phone call. I was told they would be delivered on December 4. Today is the 6th and I haven’t received them. I’m not happy.
